We are pleased to announce the 7th Ottawa International Conference on Neuromuscular Disease and Biology will take place at the Fairmont Château Laurier in Ottawa, Canada on September 11-13, 2025.

The Ottawa NMD 2025 conference will offer an outstanding program emphasizing recent breakthroughs in basic and translational research and clinical discoveries in neuromuscular disease.

The Conference is structured for both basic researchers and clinicians/physicians and will feature internationally-recognized invited speakers highlighting advances in all aspects of NMD research, including new clinical diagnostic techniques, biology of disease pathogenesis, basic muscle and stem cell biology, and promising therapies to treat these devastating disorders.

As in past years, trainees are also encouraged to attend and participate – selected abstracts will be featured for platform presentation during the scientific sessions.

The Conference is structured for both established and emerging basic scientists and clinicians from a variety of neuromuscular disease disciplines and specialties and features internationally-recognized invited speakers, oral presentations and poster sessions. Participants will also be able to present their research in a poster format, and several top abstracts will be selected for platform presentations. All participants submitting abstracts must have already registered for the conference.
